When traveling on common roads, every bicycle must be kept at a distance of 30 meters from bicycles in the front or behind it (150 meters on mountain roads). It is suggested to keep a speed of less than 30 kilometers per hour or take a speed twice as fast as personal average speed as your own speed limits (e.g.: personal average speed 23.4 kilometers × double=allowed personal top speed 46.8 kilometers), so that one can deal with emergency situations calmly. 9. 煞車必須兩手並用同時操作,避免只煞前輪或後輪,以防翻車或甩尾。 Must operate brakes simultaneously with both hands.
